Description

  • Partner with the White County affiliate of Habitat for Humanity to design and implement a low cost, energy-efficient, home ventilation system.

Objectives

  • Research, plan, design and implement an energy efficient and cost effective ventilation system for the woodruff II house, keeping future builds in mind.

Outcomes or Deliverables

  • Completed, working, safe, method to ventilate the woodruff II house.
  • Research to give suggestions for future White County builds.

  • Began reading some literature about needs and types of home ventilations systems
  • Learned from Rick Eichhorn about the basics of the previous habitat home ventilation systems, or lack there-of.
  • Learned about radon, and its affects in Arkansas.
  • Learned first-hand the importance of good ventilation while I was sick this week.
  • I gained a better scope of this project
  • Completed CPM chart for this project
